Our new “quick start” guide to naltrexone walks through how it works, how to take it, and how to get the most out of the medication. We hope it makes taking the first steps a little easier.

Member Story: I wanted to stop drinking!!!

I started taking Oarhealth 24 days ago every single day at 9am and I can honestly say I have not drank, have not had a craving or desire to do so either. Zero side effects.

This has worked like magic for me. So much happier and energetic. I also support my effort to stop drinking with AA. For me, I highly recommend this method.

"I have struggled for years with my relationship with alcohol.
